The Full Story
My Family
With over 20 years of marketing leadership across industries as diverse as healthcare, technology, hospitality, and the arts, I've learned one fundamental truth: great marketing isn't about having the biggest budget—it's about having the sharpest strategy.

I founded MEINT Marketing after spending two decades in the trenches, leading teams, managing seven-figure budgets, and delivering measurable results for organizations from scrappy startups to established enterprises. I've been the Head of Marketing who increased website traffic by over 100,000 monthly visitors. The Sales Director who generated $1.5 million in annual revenue. The strategist who built marketing departments from the ground up and transformed struggling campaigns into growth engines.
But more importantly, I've been the consultant who sat across the table from business owners who knew they needed marketing help but didn't know where to start. I've seen the relief in their eyes when complex strategies finally made sense. I've watched businesses transform when they stopped chasing every trend and started following a plan that actually fit their goals.

MEINT Marketing was born from those moments—and from my own journey as a mother of three, supported by my husband Todd, who understands that flexibility doesn't mean compromising on excellence. It's named for my family (Michelle + Elliot + Isaac + Nora + Todd = MEINT), a daily reminder that the best work happens when we create structures that honor both our professional ambitions and our personal values.

Today, I bring enterprise-level expertise with small business heart. I'm not interested in cookie-cutter solutions or marketing jargon that impresses but doesn't perform. I'm here to be your strategic partner—someone who asks tough questions, delivers honest answers, and builds marketing systems that work as hard as you do.

Let's build something that matters. Brands are MEINT to matter. You matter.
Nora
Our oldest, Nora, pursued a degree in neuroscience—a path inspired by her brother Elliot, who lives with Down syndrome and autism and communicates in ways that have taught our whole family to listen differently. Watching Nora channel her love for her brother into a career dedicated to understanding the human brain reminds me why purpose-driven work matters.
Elliot
Elliot himself has been one of my greatest teachers. He's shown me that connection doesn't require words, that patience yields profound rewards, and that the most meaningful progress often looks nothing like what we expected.

Isaac
And then there's Isaac, my old soul—a young man whose quiet moral compass and thoughtful nature remind me daily that integrity isn't something you perform; it's something you live.
Todd
And at the center of it all is my husband Todd, whose steady presence, unwavering support, and deep care for our family makes everything else possible. He inspires each of us to be better and reminds me daily that the strongest foundations are built on love.
