Every project starts as a blueprint and ends as a measurable outcome. Here's what that's looked like for a few of our clients.

PROFESSIONAL SPEAKING — AARON DAVIS
From championship mindset to championship brand
Aaron Davis had what most speakers spend a career chasing — a message that lands, a room that leans in, and a client list that speaks for itself, including John Deere, SHRM, and ICAN. What he didn't have was infrastructure. In the speaking business, the platform is what gets you in the room before you ever open your mouth — meeting planners book what they can see, verify, and forward to a committee, not just a message.

MEINT built that platform in six connected phases: a locked brand standard — down to a hard rule, no blue anywhere — a rebuilt website on WordPress/WP Engine for real SEO authority, a lead engine built around a 16-page interactive assessment and automated nurture sequences, a podcast and YouTube content platform, a modular sizzle reel featuring four testimonials each chosen to cover a different credibility axis, and a partnership pitch package extending the brand toward national organizations.
The message was always championship-caliber. The job was building a platform worthy of it.

DOCUMENTARY & MEDIA — JANOVY MEDIA
From blank page to brand
Janovy Media is an independent documentary filmmaking and photography practice built on a simple conviction: ordinary lives deserve to be remembered. The founder was starting from zero — no identity, no channels, no audience — and needed a foundation that matched the work itself: quiet, honest, and deliberately restrained. Not a launch built on volume or aggressive paid reach, but one that protected a distinct point of view while building a real, working creative business.

We built the full identity system first — a blue-led, analog-film-inspired brand guide, logo suite and monogram, business cards, email signature, and video templates, plus YouTube channel art and a five-piece launch graphics set. Then came the rollout: a five-email drip campaign segmented across two audience paths, a social strategy sized for a solo practitioner to actually sustain, and ready-to-post launch copy for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Within 90 days the team had a working system: a defined partner outreach cadence, simple tracking, and a clear view of which relationships were actually converting.

SENIOR CARE — CARING SENIOR SERVICE LINCOLN
Turning outreach into a system
Caring Senior Service Lincoln relied on scattered, one-off outreach to build referral partnerships — hard to repeat, harder to measure. Michelle drafted a referral and partnership strategy that gave the team a clear, repeatable roadmap for where to focus and what to measure.

B2B TECHNOLOGY — MADE4NET
Positioning for enterprise buyers
Made4Net's product was strong, but the messaging was built for a technical audience only — the wrong fit for the enterprise buyers actually signing off on the deal. We repositioned the story around business outcomes rather than feature lists.

A multi-channel campaign followed, built for the reality of long B2B sales cycles rather than the quick-conversion assumptions of a typical funnel.
Michelle brought clarity to our marketing—turning complex solutions into compelling content, positioning us as a thought leader, and driving qualified leads.

DATA & ANALYTICS — DATAVIZION
Clarifying a technical value prop
Datavizion's platform did a lot — which meant the messaging tried to explain all of it at once. We simplified the story into a single, confident value proposition that sales and marketing could both use without translation.

RETAIL & LIFESTYLE — JOHN HENRY
Refreshing a legacy brand
John Henry needed a brand refresh that modernized the identity without alienating long-time customers who trusted the name for a reason. The visual system evolved; the substance that earned that trust stayed intact.

NONPROFIT & ARTS — CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT
